Questions people ask before they call
Am I locked into a contract?
Not a long one. Everything runs on thirty days, so we earn your trust month by month rather than holding you to a signature from last year. If we are not earning our fee, you should be free to go, and we should be the ones telling you first.
Do I have to take all eight services?
No, and most clients do not. Several are on one. The right answer is usually the two or three that fit where the business is now. One of the eight, White Label SEO, is for agencies rather than end clients.
How long before I see anything?
Ads can bring enquiries the week they go live. SEO is a longer game: six to nine months before the work really starts compounding, with movement visible well before that. Anyone promising page one in a fortnight is selling you something.
Who will I actually be dealing with?
The person doing the work. Not a salesperson first and a stranger afterwards.
Do you only work on the Kāpiti Coast?
No. We are based here and plenty of our clients are local, but we work with businesses in Christchurch, Whanganui, the Manawatū, the Wairarapa and beyond New Zealand. The method does not change with the postcode.
What does it cost?
It depends on scope, and we will tell you the number before you commit to anything. What we will not do is quote a package price for work we have not scoped.
