My background is in Retail where I have worked in a variety of capacities (from High Street Fashion, to Cosmetics, and Chocolate to Big Box Electronics) in the UK and Middle East, and my consistent goal was to create an exemplary customer experience through my team’s expertise.

• Leading teams from London to Saudi and New Zealand to become productivity power houses.
• Streamlining processes and procedures to be more effective, from a time management to financial perspective.
• Defining and managing attainable goals for myself and staff. Motivation is a key part to the success of a team and it starts with setting fair targets.
