Who they are

OHM have been doing occupational health for Wellington businesses for more than twenty-five years. Drug and alcohol testing, pre-employment medicals, health monitoring, vaccinations, respirator fit testing and workstation assessments - either on site at your workplace or at their test centre in Lower Hutt.

They cover a wide area: Wellington city, both Hutts, Porirua, the Kāpiti Coast, Levin, Palmerston North, Feilding and the Wairarapa.

What we did

The brief had two halves that pull against each other. Health and safety compliance is a serious, regulated subject and the site had to read that way. But the buyer is usually an operations manager under time pressure who needs to know one thing: can these people solve my problem, and how fast.

So the structure leads with the outcome rather than the credentials. Each service gets its own page written around the question someone actually types, with the compliance depth underneath for the people who need it.

The other half of the job was geography. A provider covering that many distinct areas cannot rank on one page - Lower Hutt, Porirua and Masterton are separate searches with separate results. Each area has its own page, structured to rank locally without duplicating the others.
