Areas we serve
Digital Marketing Across New Zealand
Most of our clients have never been to our office.
Every other page in this section argues from proximity. This one does not, because for most of what we do proximity is worth very little.
Our clients are in Christchurch, Whanganui, the Manawatū, the Wairarapa, Wellington and the Kāpiti Coast. The ones furthest away are not getting a worse service than the ones down the road.
Proof
Work we have done here
Five clients, none of them local to us, all won and kept on the work rather than the postcode.
Architectural home builders in Christchurch. Website and SEO.
A commercial and window cleaning firm in Christchurch, trading since 1998. Website and SEO.
A home builder in Whanganui. Website design.
An internet provider covering Palmerston North, the wider Manawatū-Whanganui region and the Tararua district. Website design and development, and the largest build we have done.
A Wairarapa tourism operator running a guided chasm walk. Website design built to drive bookings.
When local actually matters
Sometimes it does, and we will tell you when.
If you need someone on site regularly, or you have an in-house marketing team to sit alongside, or your business genuinely runs on face-to-face relationships in one city, hire someone in that city. We would rather say so on the first call than take the work and underserve you.
For everything else - SEO, paid advertising, a website build, video - the distance between us has no bearing on the outcome. The work happens on a screen either way.
What you get instead of proximity
One point of contact, and it is the person doing the work. Nothing is outsourced offshore. Nothing goes through an account manager who then briefs someone you never speak to.
Thirty-day terms. No long contracts. If we are not earning the fee you should be free to go, and we should be the ones telling you first.
A dashboard you can open whenever you want, if you are on SEO, paid ads or social media. Rankings, traffic, spend and enquiries, with a plain-English summary at the top that says what actually happened.
Beyond New Zealand
We work with businesses outside the country too. Timezone is the only real constraint and it has not been a problem yet.

Questions from businesses around New Zealand
Do I need an agency in my own city?
For local SEO, what matters is that your business is physically where you say it is, not where your agency sits. We are on the Kāpiti Coast and we rank clients in places we have never driven to. If you want someone who can walk to your office, that is a fair reason to choose locally.
How does this work if we never meet?
The same way it works with clients we do meet. Everything visible is in the dashboard, reporting is monthly and in plain English, and you have a phone number that reaches the person doing the work.
Do you work with businesses outside New Zealand?
Yes. Timezone is the only real constraint and it has not been a problem so far.
Can you handle a national campaign rather than a local one?
Yes, and it is a different job. National terms are more competitive, take longer, and need considerably more content than ranking in one town. We will tell you which you actually need, because businesses often ask for national when local would pay better.
Distance is not the problem.
Half an hour, free, and no obligation. If a local agency is genuinely the better fit for what you need, we will say so.
